Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using QR Code Genie ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. License

QR Code Genie grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple device that you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

3. Description of Service

QR Code Genie allows you to create QR codes from various content types (URLs, text, email, phone numbers, Wi-Fi credentials) and scan existing QR codes using your device camera. The App offers both free and premium subscription tiers.

4. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

QR Code Genie offers the following auto-renewable subscription options:

Pro Monthly — $2.99 per month
Pro Yearly — $19.99 per year

Subscription details:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

5. Free Tier

The App provides up to 5 free QR code creations without a subscription. QR code scanning is available without limits on the free tier.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App to create QR codes containing illegal, harmful, or malicious content. You are solely responsible for the content you encode in QR codes generated through the App.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by Zain Razak and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. QR codes you generate are yours to use freely.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zain Razak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
